Develops and implements Go-to-market business model, Connected Commerce market growth strategies and drive internal customer centricity to anchor role of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care. In so doing, advance partnership levels and increase overall market-leading category sales to transform Vision Business in Taiwan to realize full market potential.

Key Accountabilities
- Develops & implements commercial and business strategy in support of the country’s strategic, brand and business plan to grow category, market share and deliver Profit & Loss Commitments.
- Test and learn to review most effective and relevant business models to engage and win the connected commerce consumer through multi-channel, multi-category leverage, Connected Commerce and precision marketing and shape the future of eye health through shopper personalization.
- Develops and leads execution of defense plans to counter competitive activities.
- Understand customer objectives, shopper, consumer & category trends to optimize plans & business opportunities so as to engage with customers for implementation of aligned goals.
- Manages and evaluates activities of key customer accounts, negotiates contracts of major customer accounts and provides guidance to sales team for sales, channel, category management initiatives is executed on plan.
- Leads in regular business reviews with key customers & ensures tracking is in place for timely adjustments &/or updates.
- Builds strong relationships with individual accounts to develop the ongoing business to a higher level of sustainable growth.
- Manages & optimizes customer & trade spending to ensure effective return on investments.
- Ensures that each Account Specialist delivers against Key Call objectives & Target call no., fostering behavioral change & commitment with ECP so as to shape and raise the professional eye care environment in industry.
- Develops and guides effective territory call cycles for each territory to ensure optimal sales coverage in market.
- Ensures all sales personnel and programs are healthcare compliant and Credo based with key focuses on customer sell-through & maintenance of healthy trade inventory.
- Develops sales capability & provides coaching to grow organizational capability, bench strength & pipeline.
- Actively participates in timely demand forecasts for accurate supply chain management ( order fill rates ) to ensure stocks in warehouse is kept to efficient level and in accordance to overall business objectives
- Leads in engaging customers towards optimizing e-ordering through placing orders based on off-take and/or replenishment needs or auto-replenishments.
